Refund Policy

Overview

DawgPound Audio LLC (“DawgPound Audio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) sells digital audio software products through our merchant of record, Moonbase AS (“Moonbase”). This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds.

All sales are final

All purchases of DawgPound Audio products are final and non-refundable.

Our products are digital goods that are delivered electronically and that can be downloaded, installed, and used immediately upon purchase. Once a license has been issued, we cannot recover or revoke its use, and we therefore do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or partial credits for any DawgPound Audio product, including but not limited to:

  • One-time license purchases
  • Upgrade and crossgrade purchases
  • Bundle purchases
  • Voucher- or coupon-discounted purchases

This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been downloaded, installed, or activated.

Free trials

To help you evaluate our products before purchasing, we offer a free trial (typically 14 days, but may vary by product) for most DawgPound Audio plugins. You can install, activate, and fully use the software during the trial period at no cost. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm that the product meets your needs, that it is compatible with your system, and that you are satisfied with its performance, before completing a purchase.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that a free trial was made available to you (or, if no trial was offered for a particular product, that you have made the purchase with full awareness of this no-refund policy).

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • A duplicate purchase has been made in error within a short time of the original purchase, and the duplicate license has not been activated.
  • A technical defect prevents the product from being delivered or installed and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Refund requests on any of the above grounds must be submitted to support@dawgpoundaudio.com within thirty (30) days of the original purchase and must include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review the request in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.

Where a refund is issued, the associated license will be revoked, and any installations of the product must be uninstalled and any license files destroyed.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded or modified by contract. Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and certain other jurisdictions may have specific rights to withdraw from purchases of digital content; where such rights apply and have not been validly waived at the point of purchase, this policy is subject to them.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge from Moonbase or DawgPound Audio is incorrect, please contact us at support@dawgpoundaudio.com before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or bank. We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate issue.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or in circumstances where this Refund Policy applies, may result in the immediate revocation of any associated license and the termination of your customer account. We reserve the right to deny future purchases from any account or person responsible for fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

Purchases made through third parties

Purchases made through third-party stores or distributors (including, where applicable, the Apple App Store, Plugin Boutique, or other resellers) are subject to the refund policies of those third parties. Please direct refund requests for such purchases to the store or distributor where the purchase was made.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will apply only to purchases made after the date of change.
